Hey! My name is Eric and I’m a big fan of food. But the day after last Thanksgiving, I gave up meat. Around the beginning of September, I swore off dairy products. So I guess you could call me a vegan. Except I eat eggs (as long as I know that the chickens were treated well) and I eat meat occasionally (but only if it’s locally sourced, and humanely raised). But even with those exceptions, so far it’s just been a lot of carbs and vegetables, but I’m making the best of it. Oh yeah and I’ll occasionally post about other stuff too.
